This program also includes the option for weight management support when appropriate—giving you a complete, personalized approach to wellness. 

What to Expect as a NEW PATIENT WITH All-American Weight Loss and Wellness:

Step 1: Initial Consultation – $350 

We’ll review your full medical history, symptoms, and goals. Lab work will be ordered to assess your hormone levels. 

Step 2: Lab Review & Treatment Plan – $95 

We’ll go over your lab results and create a custom treatment plan. If needed, weight management support can be added at this stage. 

Ongoing Care – $295 per visit 

Each follow-up includes: 

Hormone plan review and adjustments 

Optional weight management (if applicable) 

Compounding pharmacy coordination 

Continued support based on your needs 

Follow-Up Visit Frequency: 

Monthly if using a controlled substance like phentermine (based on dosage) 

Every 3 months if not on a controlled medication 

GLP-1 medications (e.g., semaglutide, tirzepatide) are available and billed separately. 

IF YOU ARE A CURRENT PATIENT WITH US ALREADY:

One-Time BHRT Add-On Package – $390 

For current weight loss patients ready to optimize hormones 

This bundled price includes: 

Complete review of your medical history, symptoms, and health goals 

Orders for comprehensive hormone lab testing 

Guidance on when to complete labs (based on cycle status) 

Review of detailed lab results 

Personalized treatment plan including hormone therapy 

Weight management options added if appropriate 

Pharmacy coordination for any compounded prescriptions
