How to Use Your Stelo CGM & Send Us Your Glucose Report

At All-American Weight Loss and Wellness, we’re committed to helping you track and understand your health in a more meaningful way. If you’ve chosen to use a Stelo Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM), here’s everything you need to know about getting started and sharing your results with us.

Step 1: Purchase the Stelo CGM

  1. Visit www.stelo.com.

  2. Choose your preferred subscription plan.

  3. Complete your purchase — no prescription is required.

  4. You’ll receive your Stelo kit in the mail. It includes:

    • A Stelo CGM sensor (based on Dexcom G6 technology)

    • An applicator

    • Setup instructions

Step 2: Download and Set Up the Stelo App

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone. (Note: Stelo is currently available for iOS only.)

  2. Search for Stelo Health” and download the app.

  3. Create an account using the same email address you used to order your sensor.

  4. Follow the in-app instructions to apply the sensor and begin tracking your glucose levels.

Step 3: Download the Dexcom Clarity App & Generate a Report

While the Stelo app lets you monitor your glucose in real time, the Dexcom Clarity app is how you’ll generate a report to share with us.

  1. Download Dexcom Clarity from the App Store.

  2. Log in using the same email address you used for your Stelo account.

  3. After collecting at least 7 days of data, open the Clarity app or visit clarity.dexcom.com.

  4. Go to the “Reports” section and select a date range (7–14 days is ideal).

  5. Export or download the report as a PDF.

Step 4: Send Us Your Report

Once your report is downloaded:

  1. Open your email account.

  2. Attach the PDF file.

  3. Email it to us at: info@allamericanweightloss.com
